Pronto Money Transfer, Inc., trade name USEND (the “Company”), has a money transfer services license in each state jurisdiction in which the company operates. The Company is also registered as a “money services business (MSB”) on the US Government’s Financial Crime Enforcement Network (FinCEN).

It is the Company’s policy to provide financial services, including money transfer services and any ancillary services, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, consistent with an emphasis on safety and soundness. In providing such services, it is the express policy of the Company to comply with all applicable anti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws, including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act - "BSA" and the PATRIOT Act of 2001 (USA PATRIOT Act of 2001), and applicable state laws.

As a licensed and registered money transfer service provider, the Company has adopted a comprehensive Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering – “BSA/AML” compliance program. Our compliance program includes written policies and procedures, an appointed compliance officer, agent audit procedures, an employee and agent training program, and a periodic independent testing function.

Money laundering and financial crimes do untold harm to people and the American economy, and undermine trust in the financial services industry. The war against money laundering and financial crimes requires constant vigilance and commitment from all financial institutions. The Company is fully committed to such initiatives. It is the Company’s policy to maintain an efficient and solid BSA/AML compliance program.

Some of the elements of our BSA/AML program include:

- Report of suspicious customer and agent activity
- Report of large currency transactions as required by law
- Agent audit and transaction monitoring program
- Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Customer Identification Program - "CIP"
- List of the Foreign Assets Control Division (Office of Foreign Assets Control -“OFAC”)

It is Company policy that no customer or agent relationship deserves to compromise our integrity and our commitment to combating money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crimes. The Company is committed to the highest standards of BSA/AML compliance, and we require our agents and employees to equally adhere to such standards to prevent our services from being used to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing and other criminal financial activities.
